In line with Yes Bank’s strategic expansion plan in Kerala, four new branch interiors were delivered across key Kerala locations in 2025. Each space was crafted to reflect the bank’s brand identity, customer centric experience and operational efficiency, supporting Yes Bank’s broader growth objective in the south region.

Context & Challenge

Yes Bank announced plans to expand its footprint in Kerala with four new branches as part of its wider network rollout by FY26. These branches were intended not just to increase geographical coverage, but also to elevate customer experience through thoughtfully designed interiors and functional spaces. 

Triver was entrusted with creating interior environments that balanced brand aesthetics, operational needs and local context across all four sites. The challenge was not only to deliver consistent design quality but also to complete the fit-outs efficiently, with coordination across multiple locations and stakeholders.

Scope of Work

The delivery included:

  1. Branch Interior Design & Fit-Out
    Each Yes Bank branch was developed with a cohesive design language aligned with the bank’s visual identity, tailored for welcoming customer zones, teller counters, meeting rooms, workstations and service areas.
  • Functional & Operational Enhancements
    Layouts were optimized for customer flow, queue management and staff productivity, ensuring compliance with Yes Bank’s service standards and operational protocols.
  • Finishes and Fixtures
    Selections of flooring, partitions, lighting, signage, joinery and finishes were made to create a premium yet functional banking environment that reflects Yes Bank’s trust and credibility.
  • Multi-Site Coordination
    Delivering four distinct sites required tight coordination on procurement, schedules, approvals, quality checks and site teams to ensure alignment across all locations.
